# Repetitive Strain Injuries

**Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI)** is a condition where muscles, tendons, nerves, or joints are damaged due to repetitive motions, overuse, or maintaining fixed positions for long periods. It’s often linked to work or activities that involve constant, forceful, or awkward movements.
