# Wacom Cintiq 16 (2025) DTK168

My thought about Cintiq 16 2025.

## Quick review:

### Build quality: Good (7/10)

The Kamvas Pro 19 feels higher quality than Cintiq 16 2025.

The kickstand are plastic and doesn't feel sturdy.

The pen holder feels cheap and only has 2 extra nibs inside.

A little bit heavy for the size.

### Etched glass surface: Good (8/10)

The texture has a very minimal bit of softness, feels very similar but not as soft as Kamvas Pro 19.

Not as good as the texture on Movinkpad 11.

Connectivity: Not Good (6/10)

Supported method:

* Single full featured USB-C cable (Display-Alt mode)

Not Supported:

* Wacom Link (with DisplayPort)

### Out of the box: Bad (3/10)

Only 2 extra nibs.

No custom kit for Pro Pen 3.

No miniHDMI cable.

No screen wipe, no hand glove, these things should be included for a $600+ USD tablet.

There is an empty compartment that could be something they planned to include but decided to cut out. (Images bellow)

## Known issues:

### No firmware update

If you already have Wacom Driver on your computer, the driver will not check for firmware update.

**Solution: Keep the tablet connect to the computer and then reinstall the driver.**

### **Marks on the screen while wet cleaning**

This is rare to see on pen display, but it seems like a normal thing for Cintiq 2025.

This doesn't affect the display quality or pen feeling.
